1.1Age Restriction

To open an account on the bdk44 platform and participate in any games or betting activities, you must be at least 21 years of age. Registration by a minor is strictly prohibited. 2.1Account Security

2.3Account Closure

3.1Deposit Rules

We support the following payment methods for depositing funds into bdk44:

• Bank Transfer — Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks

3.2Withdrawal Rules

The following rules apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Standard withdrawal time: 5–30 minutes
• Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the deposit
• Withdrawals may be held if bonus wagering requirements have not been met

Funds are released once the verification process is completed after a withdrawal request is submitted. If a withdrawal is rejected for any reason, the relevant balance will be returned to your gaming account.

4.1Welcome Bonus

On your first deposit at bdk44, you will receive a 200% welcome bonus — up to ৳5,000. The bonus is calculated as follows:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and get a ৳2,000 bonus, for a total balance of ৳3,000
• Deposit ৳6,000 or more and get the maximum bonus of ৳5,000, for a total balance of ৳11,000

4.2General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be used for betting on bdk44 — they cannot be withdrawn directly.
• The welcome bonus can only be received once per account.
• If a bonus is fraudulently obtained, both the bonus and the account will be cancelled.
• Separate terms may apply to other promotional bonuses.
• bdk44 reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.

4.3VIP Program

The bdk44 VIP program has five tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback

You can move up to higher tiers progressively by playing regularly. Cashback is added to your account on a weekly basis.

5.1Gaming Environment

bdk44 offers various types of games including slot games, live casino, and cricket betting. Each game has its own rules, which you should familiarise yourself with before starting. bdk44 uses software from established game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, and Spribe to ensure fair play.

5.2General Betting Policy

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error or network issue, bdk44 will make a review decision.
• Results in cricket or other sports betting depend on the official announcement of the relevant authority.
• In the event of any dispute, bdk44's decision will be considered final.

5.3Technical Issues

bdk44 is not responsible for any game left incomplete due to loss of internet connection or device issues. If a game is interrupted due to server problems, bdk44 will arrange to restore the balance where applicable. Intentionally attempting to exploit technical errors will result in account termination.

6.1Strictly Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on the bdk44 platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Betting using funds from a third party
• Following coordinated betting strategies with the intent to fraudulently obtain bonuses
• Attempting to gain unfair advantage using software or algorithms
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorisation
• Attempting to hack any system or database of the platform
